2016 Recognition Award goes to Traci Caneer, Assistant Commonwealth Attorney!
The Elder Abuse Prevention Council Chairman Bill Hughes, and the 2015 Recognition Award recipient Det. Chris Russell of the Lexington Police Department, present Traci with her award and share with the audience why she was chosen to receive this year’s award. A $1,000 donation has also been made to the council’s Emergency Shelter Fund in Traci’s name.
